We are seeking a motivated and ambitious candidate to join the team in Bath on a permanent full-time basis, as a Property Manager Assistant. We are looking to hire a customer focused candidate whom we can develop, train and progress to become a highly successful Block Property Manger. Working from the established and highly successful office in Bath, you will ensure our clients and customers receive 1st class customer service and true value for money that makes the business the Property Management organisation of choice. Your duties throughout your training phase will consist of supporting Branch Managers and Property Managers by dealing with administrative duties to ensure a high delivery of service. These include: Invoice and Arrears processing Writing letters and reports Year end accounts issue and control Issuing budgets Mail inbox management Database management Call handling and dealing with enquiries Dealing with contractors and maintenance, performance monitoring Arranging and assisting in the inspections of properties Attending client meetings Acting as a first point of contact for all lessees and/or tenants Assisting with insurance claims You will begin to grow your own block property portfolio and slowly start to become the sole manager. We will train you in all aspects of the role, developing you professionally into a fully qualified block manager. This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career and secure your future. Experience needed: Proven Customer Service / Service delivery experience Experience within a related field e.g. Property/Housing, Real Estate, Insurance, Customer Service, Administration or Facilities Professional, motivated and keen to learn and build a career in Property Competent IT skills, proven Administration capability and high levels of attention to detail Professional and approachable person Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team on more complex projects Driver and access to own car (Company pool car available but not always guaranteed) Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure when needed For further information on this role please provide an updated CV containing contact information.
