Overview
Commercial Property Paralegal A Commercial Property Paralegal is required to join a busy commercial property team based in a law firm in Bath. The Commercial Property Paralegal will provide support to experienced fee earners. The Firm A private practice law firm with regional coverage providing legal services to businesses, organisations and individuals. However, property is a specific speciality within the firm and they possess a formidable team dealing with residential and commercial transactions. The Role The Commercial Property Paralegal will provide support ot fee earners in the Commercial Property team and will be required to review, amend and draft commercial leases and client correspondence, deal with both property purchasers, sellers and third parties, act on behalf of landlord and tenant clients. The Candidate The Commercial Property Paralegal will have excellent Commercial Property experience gained working within private practice providing a very strong understanding of the transactional processes involved. Educated to degree level or CILEx equivalent. Strong communication skills are essential. Salary dependent upon experience.
