What you'll be doing We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager who will be working in our Commercial Property Services Team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Property, we are looking for someone who can deliver excellent service to the commercial customers of Curo by ensuring an effective first point of contact for customers to discuss their Commercial, Residential Leases and 3rd Party Agreements as well as general service support. The position will oversee the Commercial Administration team whilst working closely with other members of the Commercial Service. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a Commercial or Residential Leasehold portfolio including working knowledge of key legislation in these fields. Prior experience of leading an effective team is welcome. Practical experience of negotiating and evaluating commercial renewals and statutory consultations is desirable alongside the ability to deal sensitively with enquiries from customers about financial matters in a fair and consistent way is essential. You'll be able to prioritise your work, whilst being adaptable to changing priorities and interruptions. You'll be a great communicator who is professional, helpful with supporting our customers with arrears management and successfully resolving debt. When and where you'll be doing it You will be able to work flexibly, Monday to Friday, based on our customers' needs. You will be responsible for organizing your own workload. You'll be based in Bath at our Head Office at The Maltings on Lower Bristol Road. What will you get in return?
