Urgent 12 month maternity contract Based in the heart of Reigate Lloyd Recruitment Services have an urgent opportunity, working for a leading organization, within their friendly and busy administration department. The successful individual will have previous administration experience (minimum six months) and be a professional and confident communicator. Providing support to clients, customers and third parties, the successful individual will enjoy working in a busy role and be highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Duties Completing administration processes in accordance with agreed procedures and standards in a professional Planning and organising work effectively, in order to achieve team and personal objectives Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times to all customers ( internal and external) Skills & Experience Experience of customer service or administration Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Good organisation and planning skills High attention to detail and accuracy NB: Unfortunately due to the high level of applications received by Lloyd Recruitment Services, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates
