Overview

Associated Installations Ltd and Architectural Windows Ltd are family run companies based in Dagenham. Due to retirement of an employee we are currently looking for a project administer. Successful candidates will need to be well organised with a working knowledge of sage & Microsoft packages. You will be working for Associated Installations Ltd who also provides support staff to Architectural Windows Ltd. both companies are run from the same location. Duties will include but not be limited to: Raising purchase orders Liaising with site order goods, sourcing materials. Maintain records for ISO 9001 AND ISO1400 accreditation Assisting with obtaining supplier and sub-contractor quotes Organising site boxes Training Coordination General Administration Duties Key Information: 20 days holiday per year excluding bank holidays 7 days of holiday are held back for 2 week Christmas close down. Holidays during school holidays is limited to one week per employee, per year. All employees are subject to DBS Checks
