Overview
IT Service Analyst Manchester City Centre up to £25,000 excellent benefits NJR are working in conjunction with a fantastic business who provide banking, investment management, pensions and advisory services for private, institutional and corporate clients. They are now looking for an IT Service Analyst to join their team in prestigious offices in Manchester City Centre. Key responsibilities will include: Produce and maintain documentation to ensure an efficient and effective service aligned with the agreed 3rd party SLAs. Communicate with suppliers and 3rd party providers to manage software licences and services. Administer changes to systems access authorised by Operational Risk as part of the Service Provision and Joiners & Leavers processes. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded with great problem-solving skills, you will have a methodical approach along with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Experience of using and supporting Microsoft Office Products is essential as is administration of Active Directory, you will also be confident dealing with 3rd Party Providers. They are looking for someone who is organised, has great attention to detail with strong knowledge of IT hardware and software.
