Overview
Austin Andrew are currently working with a well-known brokerage house based in the City of London in their search for a new Assistant Compliance Director. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious firm and to have oversight of a small team of proficient compliance professionals. You will have oversight of a small team of monitoring and advisory professionals. You will also be expected to provide advice to the business regularly for compliance matters. You will be responsible for updating policies and procedures according to regulatory change and you will design and manage new monitoring plans. You will ideally come from a similar brokerage firm or exchange and have experience managing teams. You will have sound product knowledge across exchange derivatives.
