Overview
We are looking for a Quality Engineer for one of the WORLDS MOST RESPECTED ENGINEERING COMPANIES with a fantastic remuneration package, 36 hour working week that includes a 12pm finish on a Friday You'll also have the benefit of working with a team of highly skilled engineers who are always looking to test the engineering during the development of their market leading product. Quality Engineer (Perm circa £45,000 per annum dependant on experience) JOB BRIEF: The position is responsible management of the internal audit programme including the co-ordination of a team of part-time auditors from departments across the business. Also the role will require interaction with various departments within the business to help map and improve their operating processes. Interaction with customer representatives and third party agencies for their audits, as well as monitoring departmental procedures across the company to ensure mandatory review periods are respected. As Quality Engineer you will be expected to meet some requirements from a professional experience point of view in order to be considered; Formally trained internal auditor qualifications in ISO 9001/AS9100 Previous QA experience within Aerospace, Automotive or Defence It is desirable for you to possess 5S, Lean Methodologies Further desired skills are understanding/experience of Military Regulations My client offers a competitive salary and great benefit package which includes; Bonus, Pension, Health Care, 36 hour working week, on site canteen and more.
