Overview
You are experienced in the leadership and implementation of quality care initiatives in the social care or healthcare fields. You enjoy collaborative working and have a motivational and inclusive style. This respected charity provides an outstanding range of quality care and therapies to military veterans and their partners living with disability or dementia. It has three homes in Buckinghamshire, Surrey and West Midlands including one rated ‘Outstanding’ with CQC. As Head of Care Quality you will lead and manage the care quality framework and audit standards throughout the group, working collaboratively with the home managers and executive team. You will be expert in sourcing and interpreting clinical data to identify impact, trends and their underlying causes and so you will be familiar with selecting and implementing appropriate software.
