Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to work in their busy office in Bromley on the outskirts of Bromley Hours ; 8.00am - 4.00pm This role is offered on a Temp - Perm basis ; so you will need to be able to start Monday 23rd ideally (interviews around 17th March) The role will require someone who has proven experience in Administration, ideally Health and Safety /or compliance and enjoys following system led procedures Good project management skills Fast accurate data entry skills Happy working on in house database Good phone manner Happy working in busy , office being given various tasks with deadlines to adhere to. Good Microsoft skills; outlook, word and excel DUTIES ; Checking and sorting through incoming and outgoing post Answering office phone and recording message Undertaking document control duties Sending, receiving and recording safety briefings Maintaining document registers Cascading information to the relevant personnel internally within the business Recording of data on the relevant matrixes Assisting with the policies and procedures Collating certificates and documents Monitoring safety information and reporting back regarding this data If you have the relevant experience and skills listed above then please call us immediately to discuss your interest Send you CV straight away too.
