Overview
Our client, a leading publishing company based in Central London are looking for an HR Advisor to join their high performing people team You will be an integral part of the People team and will be the go-to-contact for managers and employees requiring generalist advice and support. Experience Required - Proven experience in a generalist HR/People Advisor role from within a fast paced environment Ability to work autonomously and coach line managers Experience working at a fast pace, well organised and able to manage multiple projects/deadlines Good attention to detail, strong written/oral communications skills Ability to build good relationships and manage challenging situations Confidence to challenge and support Managers with their decision making Ability to coach managers to develop their people skills Good commercial awareness and understanding Due to volume of applications only successful candidates will be contacted.
