JOB DESCRIPTION The Rec Pool Group are actively recruiting for a Tax Consultant on behalf of our client, a well-established Payroll and Wealth Management business based in Liverpool City Centre. The role is on an ongoing Contract basis, times / hours can be arranged with the client and there is the flexibility to do remote working also. The role: Dealing with creation of template letters, documents and procedures in relation to PAYE investigation Advising and consulting with external clients and internal stakeholders Providing ad hoc support and training re: tax investigation and compliance matters Working independently, hours to suit but would involve some office based work in Liverpool City Centre The person: Extensive experience in a Tax Investigation role Ideally having worked recently as Tax Investigator for HMRC Up to date knowledge and understanding of tax laws and procedures Professional manner and approach towards work The package: Client open to daily / hourly charge rate depending on level of experience Remote working option Initial Consultancy work required for circa 6 months however with potential ongoing Consultancy based work
