Overview
Commercial Property Fee Earner An experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner is required to join an established High Street law firm within their Bristol office. My client is open to receiving applications from both qualified and non qualified Commercial Property Fee Earners. The Commercial Property Team have seen considerable growth in recent years and with access to a high quantity of good quality work this growth is set to continue for the foreseeable future, In order to service this extra work a hard working Commercial Property Fee Earner is now required to join their team. You will be required to manage a busy caseload of Commercial Property matters including but not limited to; acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and banking, finance and loan agreements. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience of managing their own Commercial Property caseloads. You will be technically strong and comfortable with participating in business development on behalf of the department and firm. Applications from both Qualified Solicitors / Legal Executives and Non Qualified Fee Earners are welcome. Previous experience of advising on Non Contentious Commercial Property transactions is essential for this role.
