Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resident Services Manager to work for an organisation based in East London. The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge and management experience in a housing related field. Key Duties: Managing a team of 10 officers specialising in Resident Services and Client Relations. Leading, inspiring and motivating all staff taking responsibility for planning, prioritising and coordinating their work. Ensuring that excellent resident services are provided to service users. Demonstrating a clear understanding of financial requirements, ensuring that services are cost effective and within budget. Maintaining an up to date knowledge of local and national policy, legislation and best practice affecting leasehold management services. Analysing complex issues, making decisions and recommendations, to find positive solutions. Representing the organisation at court where needed.
