Overview
Rare opportunity to join a major global firm as the Head of Knowledge Management and deliver strategic direction and inspirational leadership. THE ROLE This established global role provides knowledge management leadership across all practice areas internationally. You will lead and inspire the knowledge strategy, working closely with business development and innovation functions and drive improvements in the firm's legal services and client education and relationships. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You are likely to have a background as a successful senior lawyer (or PSL) in a similar calibre global firm and have significant knowledge management experience. You will need the gravitas to engage and influence at a senior level, and lead geographically diverse teams. This role requires excellent leadership and management skills and both a commercial and legal understanding of legal products and the international legal landscape.
