Overview
Mackinnon Bruce are working on behalf of a established, nationwide and Healthcare provider to find a dedicated forward thinking Quality Assurance Manager to cover a portfolio of their homes in the South West of England This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in Quality management with elderly care homes to grow within a supportive organisation and work with autonomy to improve the quality of life for each resident within the region. About the role: You will be responsible for supporting the Home Managers and working closely with the senior leadership team to deliver the best standard of care in every home. Work closely with staff members to deliver the vision and standards expected by my client Building strong relationship with the local authorities and communities to drive each home to be the best in its location Review and carry out action plans for each home alongside the home and deputy managers Use your knowledge and experience of CQC regulations to ensure each home is compliant The perfect manager will: Be a registered nurse with active NMC Pin (Desired not essential) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or equivalent Have extensive experience as a quality manager within elderly care homes within the past year (Essential) A history of managing "Good" CQC rated homes OR improving CQC reports within a care home environment or as a regional/quality manager A good business acumen and an ability to build relationships with external agencies/professionals What's in it for you?
