Service Administrator Wellingborough Permanent 37.5 hours per week M-THU 7:30- 16:15 and FRI 7:30 - 12:00. Salary is £ 20500 per annum Excellent Benefits Do you have a manufacturing background? If YES, We'd LOVE to hear from you today A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Administrator to join an established organisation that offers opportunities for development. The Service Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of an asset management system to ensure the correct recording of equipment and maintenance procedures. Responsibilities: Maintain a designed for purpose asset management system to ensure correct recording of equipment and maintenance procedures to an auditable standard. As a Service Administrator you will responsible for the diligent compilation of the asset management system, to include equipment, plant, suppliers, spares and external contractor controls. You must have the ability to work closely with the Engineering Services Manager, Engineering Team Leader and Engineers to fully comply with set procedures. The issuing of work instructions to relevant engineering staff to maintain effective response times for all reactive and preventative maintenance, recording of all tasks performed, and compilation of works to provide reports and KPI's as deemed necessary. Control of Contractors records, to include relevant insurances, health and safety requirements, environmental, waste control and professional qualifications Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience of data recording and retrieval. Ability to manage multiple databases at a time, with accuracy and attention to detail. Competent user of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills Adaptable, confident and reliable. Working Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental Legislation and safe systems of work.
