Overview

NPO Engineer An Experienced NPO Engineer with strong technical background in Mobile Radio Networks & E2E network optimization, RF, parameter and feature, capacity, traffic flow and management analyze the network. Responsible for NPO Activities Manage customer satisfaction Good experience in Network Optimization Understand Huawei RF hardware and feature for 3G/4G/5G E2E network optimization, e.g. RF, parameter and feature, capacity, traffic flow and management Analyze the wireless network performance, provide KPI reports Interface and communicate with customer, responsible for customer satisfaction Familiar with optimization tools, use the tools to work in high efficiency way Experience in Huawei optimization project is preferred Daily monitoring Key Performance Indicator of network based on hourly/daily counters Troubleshooting and optimizing of network, change parameters in order to improve the KPI Strong RF Optimization experience - proven track record within a similar role Analyze the KPI's traffic statistics and monitor and troubleshoot the network including DCCH blocking rate, PCCH, call drop rate, call setup rate… etc. Candidate has good knowledge of one product field and basic knowledge of another product field, will take principal responsibility of department problems and take the main responsibility.
