Overview
Our client, a well-established professional services firm is looking for Digital Learning Advisor to join their team and impact the solutions offered within the firm utilising your passion and expertise in digital learning Responsibilities Design and develop blended and digital learning programmes Liaise with SME's and projects teams to determine the best solutions and manage the courses through the full learning life cycle Create storyboards and develop content using authoring tools Update existing content to ensure it remains up to date Collaborate with the team on technologies such as virtual classroom or social platforms Skills Ability to write effective instructional text and copy Strong skills with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adapt, GOMO etc. Technically skilled in HTML, CSS for code editor development Excellent communication skills Attention to detail with an eye for visual design Qualifications Relevant qualifications desirable Experience requirements Experience in the full learning lifecycle from conception through to delivery Experience with digital and blended learning solutions Virtual classroom/ webinar experience desirable Experience in multi-lingual e-learning desirable Blue Eskimo is the leading provider of specialist recruitment for the Learning and Development, e-learning and Training sectors.
