Job Summary Revitalised are recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to be a key player the launch and growth of its new health and wellbeing platform. You will be responsible for supporting the Product and Delivery teams in further enhancing the Revitalised platform through keen insight and analysis. Our goal is to build a class-leading wellbeing platform that supports positive outcomes for clients and users across the globe. Collaboration and good communication will be central for this role as it supports multiple business areas including Core Product, eCommerce, Commercial and Support triage functions. You will report to the Head of Product and the Delivery Manager and will be a key contributor to the Product and Delivery processes. You need to be passionate about wellbeing as well as having an excellent understanding of and ability to deliver high quality digital products. You will be comfortable working on projects involving UX/UI Design, Software Development and 3rd party integrations. Key Responsibilities • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand, gather and document requirements and processes as well as technical or system requirements • Be able to design solutions at a high level and make decisions about the best way to solve a problem • Develop a detailed understanding of the customer's needs and translate these needs into high quality, consistent and testable requirements • Support the Product Team in identifying Minimum Viable Product (MVP) • Assist Product Managers in the development, population and prioritisation of the user story backlog according to commonly shared and agreed criteria • Assist in ongoing backlog management to ensure the continuous and efficient delivery of value and support the Quality Assurance of user stories • Experience using JIRA and similar tools to capture acceptance criteria and supporting elements in order to efficiently communicate these to development teams • Help to align all outcomes with product vision and business strategy by contributing to the link between current and future business models and delivering to the business architecture • Support Product Managers with the scoping and procurement of fit-for-purpose platform content that underpins various platform journeys, programmes and mechanisms • Support Product Managers with the translation of website content into multiple international languages as required • Excellent knowledge of best practice business analysis tools and techniques such as Gap Analysis • Ability to help teams to manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP) and scope • Collaborate with internal teams comprised of Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Testers and other subject matter experts to define client solutions and options • Lead effective communication with all stakeholders across different levels in an organisation to support design, build and delivery to meet the user and business needs • Be able to work in parallel with delivery teams to ensure they understand any information provided and to provide further clarity where necessary • Be able to structure and facilitate client-facing workshops to identify and define a product's functional requirements • Assist in the triage of support tickets by collaborating with internal and external parties to ensure that issues are understood quickly and support representatives can communicate accurately and confidently with a customer within defined SLAs • Work with a range of stakeholders, from business users, senior executives through to 3rd party suppliers • Attend client-facing meetings and be a key point of contact throughout the feature development process • Ability to challenge constructively and act as a critical point of contact to achieve fit for purpose solutions • Be able to define analytical approaches to complex problems, provide recommended solutions and work with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities and potential benefits available • Experience working within an Agile software delivery environment with a good knowledge and understanding of the Agile methodology and Scrum Framework • Experience running and supporting various Ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews as well as other supportive tools such as '3 Amigos’ • Support the team in continuously improving ways of working through inspection and adaption cycles Experience Required • Practical experience of managing complex requirements and liaising with customers and key internal stakeholders • Expert in Agile, Business Analysis and experience in using the Scrum and Kanban frameworks • Proven track record of delivering best in class products to tight delivery deadlines • Developing and communicating clear requirements and insights to the wider team • Keen interest in wellbeing products Individual Competencies • Self-motivated, detail orientated and able to prioritise workloads efficiently - delivering projects according to tight deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communications • A collaborative, positive, outcome orientated mindset • Prepare to operate in a start-up environment • Prior experience delivering in an Agile environment • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills • Natural leader and the ability to put the team first
