GENERAL MANAGER, Gastro pub in Central London, £50,000 plus bonus Salary of £50,000 with bonus Location - Central London A new company which started in 2017 has a role come up in the Central London, stunning pub, a good mix of wet and dry sales, £30,000 weekly turnover. Customers are lovely, filled with a regular trade and a few tourists, we are looking for someone to build the team, create a fantastic service, who is passionate about food and drink plus someone who can oversee and support the kitchen This role would suit an experience General Manager who is not afraid of getting involved within all areas of the business, the company is currently growing with 15 sites at the moment throughout the UK and expanding If you are an experienced, General Manager who has worked within an unbranded pub environment as a General Manager before and has a real passion for great food served in a relaxed environment this could be the role for you…. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and customer focused individual. Positive leadership and proven experience of running a successful pub operation is essential. The ability to capitalise on sales opportunities where needed. A hands-on approach will be needed leading a medium team, development and coaching skill the team where needed.
