Role: Operation Assistant - Graduate Opportunity ( Treasury and Customer Support) Who we are? How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey? Dealing with day to day treasury operations Day-to-day direct customer queries regarding inbound/outbound payments and FX conversions Follow the full life cycle of conversions Liaise with brokers and providers Monitor transactions and ensure payments run smoothly Liaise with Management, Finance, Account Managers and compliance to ensure effective communication of daily operations across entire business Act as cover for the team as required Liquidity management between various providers Booking FX deals according to client setup Funding conversions New service provider set up and testing Client Implementation with service providers Internal finance queries Day to day blockers with tech Platform improvements Monitoring client transactions Reporting The ideal candidate will have the following: A degree in a mathematics or finance is preferable or previous experience in financial services in treasury or operations is desirable Be able to work in a fast-paced environment A minimum of internship experience Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing Ability to work in fast-paced environment Team player with willingness to learn from others Attention to details We're looking forward to receiving your applications.
