Overview
An opportunity has come up for a conveyancing assistant to join the property team at a leading regional law firm at their office in Northampton The successful candidate for this position will be assisting fee earners with their caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases transfers of equity and remortgage matters. All applicants will be expected to show experience of working in a similar role as part of a busy team and will have a good grasp of the different stages of conveyancing transactions. It is likely that you will have at least 1 years experience of working within a residential conveyancing team. Excellent training and support will be given in order for you to progress your career within a firm that takes pride in their approach to staff development. Many of the firms senior lawyers started in junior positions within the firm and have been able to progress their careers thanks to the advancement opportunities available. The salary would be dependent on experience as part of a good benefits package in a firm that truly looks after its staff.
