NEW VACANCY: IT Infrastructure Skills Coach X2 Here at REED, we are currently working in partnership with an award winning training provider, to recruit TWO Skills Coach's, that specialise in IT Infrastructure. Location: London Salary: £36,000-£40,000 Contract type: Full time, Permanent Start Date: Asap About the role: Based in the London training centre, it'll be your responsibility to offer support and guidance to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. By scheduling timely reviews, and providing quality coaching to apprentices, you'll make sure they have everything they need to complete and achieve their apprenticeship Main Responsibilities: - Effectively manage and maintain your own caseload of learners - Maintain good relationships with clients, and ensure that any questions or concerns are dealt with and resolved appropriately. - Collecting coaching and learning evidence - Managing and completing administration - Play an active role in shaping and implementing the delivery of quality improvement About you: - Knowledge within IT Infrastructure - Significant experience in mentoring and coaching, and influencing and guiding others on apprenticeships - Experience in working in a customer/client facing role and managing your own workload - Ability to assess if someone has issues or is struggling - Experience in assessing and knowledge of the apprenticeship sector If you've been looking for a new opportunity and this sounds like it could be for you, then apply now All applications will be reviewed, however if you don't hear anything within the first 3-5 working days, on this occasion you will have been unsuccessful.
