General Manager – Luxury Residential in London Location: London Salary: Up to £95,000 Bonus Are you an experience General Manager, with a background in a luxury Hotel or residential and passionate about what you do? This property is part of a brand-new development project in Central London which will feature stunning accommodation plans Our client is a management company operating very high-quality residentials throughout London and is seeking an ambitious individual that understands fast pace and high standards can work together to achieve great client satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES To optimize commercial activities within a very competitive environment to ensure objectives are met To monitor and maximize the profitability of all departments Take an active role in forecasting, budgeting and reporting To continue to develop an effective, cohesive & competent team Ensure all standards and procedures are met To embrace and focus on the highest levels of quality in respect to both the hard and soft aspects of the business. YOUR PROFILE Previous experience as General Manager in luxury 5 Hotel or luxury residential Strong food and beverage experience is desired Ability to lead, coach and animate the team Passionate, with a hands-on approach Has a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service & quality Strong business acumen combined with an excellent leadership and liaison skills.
