Overview

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Manage, execute and coordinate trade marketing concepts and initiatives according to defined brand & channel strategies Responsible for defined budget and cost control Manage and solve complex problems with a strong impact to BU results Coaching and Development of team Build the annual promotion/activation calendar aligned with Marketing & Channel plans which increases sales, EBITDA, market share and /or brand equity Brief and manage agencies to deliver innovative projects & activations Build and implement trade engagement strategy across events and trade press Co-ordinate and drive internal and external conferences to engage business and trade on strategy and plans Responsible for communicating the annual calendar and operational plans to internal customers Analysis of activations and effectiveness to provide recommendations to optimise investments (ROI, trial, volume, forward buying, display placements, execution etc.) Create tracking and evaluation of promotion efficiency to ensure maximum return on investment Manage and execute specific trade concepts and activities Key contacts: Internal: BU President, Sales Directors (On & Off Trade), Brand Marketing Director/Managers, Insights, Innovation, Procurement, FP&A, Legal, Category Management, Revenue Management, Tech Sales, European Commercial Structure. External: Agencies (BTL/POS, Advertising, Internet), other FMCGs for co-op management, Supplier (Alignment on POCM, Gadgets) University degree or equivalent Min of 5 years of working in a brand marketing or sales role with marketing background or worked in agency for FMGC clients Ability to deal with complexity Good understanding of budget- and planning processes Strong analytical ability In-depth knowledge of Trade Marketing & Sales Strong negotiation skills Excellent strategic thinking & implementation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong Project Management Skills Advanced level Excel & PowerPoint user Confident to challenge Senior Commercial Managers Strong leadership skills Strong drive for superior performance Strong self-starting capabilities Excellent knowledge of the business and the market, ability to be a business partner Comfortable working in a team Fluent in English
