Microsoft Engineer / Microsoft Consultant London £60,000 Base Package Are you a Microsoft Engineer / Microsoft Consultant that is looking to work for one of Microsoft leading partners? Are you currently working with Azure and O365 technologies, with a solid background in all Microsoft on-prem Windows 2016/19 server technologies? Looking for unrivalled opportunities for progression and personal development? What my client is looking for… The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS products. Have an excellent knowledge of O365 including the design and configuration of hybrid AD configurations, Conditional Access and Intune. You must have demonstrable experience of Exchange Online and Exchange server, including designing, upgrading and configuring hybrid on-prem environments. Online and on-prem SharePoint and Teams experience is highly desirable including upgrading and migrating on-prem environments to SharePoint online. You must be able to articulate technical issues over the phone and run client workshops to a technical and non-technical audience. Plus be skilled in building proof of concept deployments and running pilot trials ahead of full deployments. Finally, you will act as pre-sales SME and work on tender reposes and client proposals including production of bill of materials and SOW documentation. This role is client facing, with 30-40% travel. Essential Technical Skills Expert understanding & experience of Azure IaaS and PaaS services In depth understanding of Windows server Expert level understanding of Exchange server 2010, and hybrid configurations. Demonstrable experience working with Office 365. Excellent PowerShell scripting skills. Demonstrable experience in AD or Exchange migrations with Microsoft or Quest Migration Manager toolsets. Broad knowledge of email and mobile solutions You will have some form of Azure, O365 and/or Microsoft Windows Server qualification to at least MCSA level Advantageous Skills Azure ATP/AIP services Hands on experience of working with SharePoint 2010 Exposure to MigrationWiz Core Competencies and Behaviours Excellent interpersonal skills Highly motivated High levels of attention to detail Experience working in teams and a collaborative environment Able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations What's on offer: Up to £60,000 Base DOE Company pension scheme, Life assurance policy, Healthcare plan, interest free season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme and childcare vouchers.
