Engineering Project Manager - Norfolk Opportunity: Are you currently working as a Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager looking for your next opportunity? Does your experience include installing new automation / mechanical based manufacturing equipment? Have you lead machine upgrades, utility improvements and small construction projects? If yes then this is the role for you. Your role as a Engineering Project Manager based in Norfolk will involve implementing and leading all manufacturing and utility projects for the site. Duties and responsibilities include: Complying with all corporate policies and external regulatory requirements. Raising CAPEX. Compiling quality associated documentation (URSs / change controls / critical system drawings and system reference files). Responsible for the project planning from design through to construction and commissioning. Managing project risk, resources, budget control and ensuring the project is completed on time to the required standards. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders, design and construction companies to ensure good communication of all activities. Managing day to day activities of the project. Financial forecasting. Working to GMP and various other quality process requirements. Flexible on working hours. Equipment validation. This is a an approx. 12 months contract which the client will review for a possible extension however and everything is dependent on the individual and business performance. The hourly PAYE rate is £35.86. Skills: To apply for the role of Engineering Project Manager you will have: Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. Strong construction project management experience from cradle to grave within the pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry. Experience in WFI/RO and general utilities would be advantage. Knowledge in automation and electrical distribution systems is also ideal.
