Ref jw/21389 City Paraplanner to Advisor £37k plus full study support and bonus A multi award winning, Chartered Wealth Management firm, based in the heat of the City, are looking for a Paraplanner that wants a route through to Advisor. They work within the HNW to UHNW space and offer true holistic wealth management solutions for Senior City Professionals and International clients. Due to continued expansion over the last 3 years, they are now looking for the next generation of Advisor. You will be mentored by one the firms top 3 billing Wealth Managers on a day to day bases, sitting in on client meetings and gaining excellent exposure to highly technical investment solutions and cashflow modelling. Full on the job training and support will be provided, along with study support to either complete your level 4 Diploma or start on your Chartered qualifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years practical experience in a Paraplanning, or Senior Administrator role and either be Level 4 Diploma qualified or 1 or 2 exams off of gaining their Diploma. You will be encouraged to then study your Chartered exams. Once you have gained the relevant practical exposure, you will be given a structured career plan, to work towards you becoming an Advisor and start taking over some existing clients from the Advisor you have been working with.
