Overview
Urgent Experienced Caretaker Required Location: Dunfermline Salary: £10p/h Duration : Ongoing Start Date: ASAP My client is looking for a very reliable, independent and trustworthy individual to look after a main site in the Dunfermline Area, occasional travel to Broxburn site. You will primarily be working independently but have support with your line manager on a day to day basis. Main Responsibilities: Showing clients around units that are available for rent Being responsible for the secure holding and issuing of keys Main point of contact for each site Maintaining sites/units are kept clean and safe Assisting with all security-related and health and safety procedures Dealing with telephone calls and requests from building users Answering adhoc telephone enquiries Liaising with contractors and tenants Skills/Experience Required: Good communication skills and interpersonal skills Maintenance Experience Health & Safety Knowledge Administration Skills Organisational Skills If you are interested and have the experience required, please can you call Nico Gibson on or email your CV
