In order to rise to this opportunity, you will be a Registered Nurse, educated to Masters level (or equivalent) with significant 8a level management and leadership experience in Urgent Care. Naturally, you'll be passionate and committed to both patients and our people. We want you to drive excellent clinical standards of care, a culture of patient safety responsive to diverse patient need, and continuous improvement. A key member of the Emergency Department Nursing leadership team you will be a passionate and inspired individual and will demonstrate professional responsibility for providing a clear vision, clinical direction and compassionate and inclusive leadership across the department. Reporting to and deputising for the Deputy Director of Nursing - Operational Services, you will have the opportunity to influence care delivery as well as the planning service and workforce redesign. You will provide assurance for your portfolio, promote new ways of thinking, share best practice and achieve the best possible experience and clinical outcomes for our patients. Building strong relationships with the Divisional Director and Clinical Director, you will lead the senior team to drive service improvement and ultimately improving experiences for our patients, relatives and carers.
