Rayner Personnel Job Vacancy MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISOR Brighton, BN1 Salary Basic: £25k - £30k OTE: £50k (uncapped) Rayner Personnel Vacancy - Job Ref: job RPSSE 2631 Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Financial Services This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced and practicing Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a busy, "whole of market" Financial Services company, linked closely to an independent Estate Agency with several local branches in the Brighton area. The right candidate can take advantage of both hot leads and a well-maintained and extensive client database. The successful candidate must have previous experience as Mortgage or Financial Advisor, be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified; be an excellent communicator who has great attention to detail and the ability to spot opportunities. You must be able to demonstrate that you are self-motivated and have a proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment. More importantly, we are looking for an individual with the vision to move the Financial Services division forward and build on the current business levels, as well as having the ability to provide exceptional customer care. In order to apply for this role you MUST have CAS (Competent Advisor Status) and must be able to write Protection policies. The skills required for this Mortgage & Protection Advisor role will include: A thorough knowledge of the mortgage markets and products You MUST be currently involved in providing mortgage services and advice CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Skilled at cross selling opportunities Smart, articulate, well-spoken & well-presented Excellent telephone manner and superb inter-personal skills Ambitious and self-motivated The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment Full UK driving license and own car Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency with a strong Financial Services arm, an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Brighton area who specialise in residential property.
