Extra Care Scheme Officer Job reference: SIC - 18599 Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight Salary: Circa £22,000 per annum Department: Care & Support Hours per week: 35 Southern Housing Group are looking for a Extra Care Scheme Officer who will join an exciting and dynamic team, in a new role, within a growing and forward-thinking organisation. Ryde Village is our flagship extra care scheme due to be ready by late Spring 2020. The scheme has been built to a high specification. All the flats and communal areas have been designed with the residents needs in mind. We are looking for someone to join our Supporting Independence and Care Team (SI&C) and help us to deliver a first-class housing management service to the residents and customers of Ryde Village. The Extra Care Scheme Officer will be responsible for delivering excellent scheme and facilities management to ensure a high quality service is provided to residents and customers to support them to remain independent in their homes and within the wider community. We are looking for a strong team player who is able to communicate well with their colleagues and be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. You will also need great organisational skills and a natural empathy for building relationships with people.
