Development Engineer - New Build Housing £40,000 - £50,000 Package Leeds Ionic are presently undertaking a search for a well-established, privately owned new build housing developer, who have seen a 100% increase in their new build housing sites within the last 12 months. Owing to this major expansion, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Design Engineer to join their supportive team. To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the company are seeking an experienced, degree (or equivalent) qualified Development Engineer who has a proven track record of working within the New Build Housing or consultancy sectors. Working as part of a close-knit team, the successful Development Engineer will be responsible for primarily responsible for; reviewing possible engineering implications at feasibility stage for development schemes and managing the preparation of engineering design information (by external consultant)and section agreement submissions.
