Title: Product Support Engineer Do you have a higher National / Degree in Engineering, ASQ Certification or Equivalent? Are you a product/solution-oriented individuals with a telecoms background in the hardware domain? Product Support Engineer required around Aylesbury Salary upto £45,000 Location: around Aylesbury Liaison between BU and Sales internally, relating to key project delivery (specifically as part of strategic initiatives. Responsible for making sure that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes. The Role of Product Support Engineer Project coordination with Sales, in conjunction with BU standards and practices RFQ support to Sales Local vendor coordination & alignment Local training support Responsible for ensuring continued compliance to ISO9001:2015 with the RFS auditing team Assesses any new suppliers to be introduced during new product introduction Prepares and delivers detailed and timely replies to issues raised by our customers Follows the 8-discipline corrective action process, prepares reports and facilitates professional and timely responses Responsible for monitoring the quality of manufactured goods and developing standards and processes for maintaining or improving quality What are the key (minimum) requirements for a successful Product Support Engineer application?
