Software Developer Sale, Manchester Circa £40,000 per annum My client is a well established, reputable company based in Sale. They specialise in developing case management software and web based software to large UK government funded organisations, private training companies & companies who specialise in apprenticeship training. They are looking for a Software developer to come on board and join a fun, dynamic team within a company where you’re valued every day. Day-to-day duties of the role: -Working in a team to develop & maintain industry leading web applications -Developing ASP.NET Core MVC web applications -Maintenance of ASP.NET Web Forms -Compiling high performance Microsoft SQL queries -Integrating with third party systems via API’s -Designing software solutions to customers’ requirements The right person for the role: -Experience with WebAPI -Ability to read and write MS SQL- including stored procedures -Knowledge of net technologies such as Web Forms, ASP.NET,MVC & WCF -Familiar with HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and Bootstrap -Knowledge of version control software (GIT) -Analytical & logical in design -Knowledge on Kanban development workflow (JIRA) If you have knowledge of any of these, even better: -Azure app services and storage -CosmosDB -OWASP Pretty Pleasing Perks: -Join a team & company where you are actually valued -Flexi-working (earlier finishes on Friday) -Casual dress and dress down Fridays -Social events throughout the year -Your birthday off If you feel like you’d be a perfect fit for this role, I want to hear from you Contact me directly on 0161 974 7098 This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89766863
