Lead Customer Evaluation Analyst - Salary to £55K - Plus Benefits - London - J10996 This high street giant put their customers are at the heart of everything they do. This exciting role will involve applying and developing best practice statistical and analytical techniques to measure impact as part of a key strategic initiative for the company. You will be working as part of the growing customer growth and experience team, whilst interacting cross functionally with the wider commercial business. Role & Responsibilities ·Evaluate strategic customer growth implementations. ·Quantify the impact of Digital and Data led initiatives across the business. ·Undertake reviews of the overall customer benefit from loyalty programs. ·Measure and report the behavioural changes from trade related customer communications. ·Implement rigorous testing and measurement. ·Share analytical results and methods in a commercial and compelling manner. ·Actively participate in training, documentation of learning and data/analytics sharing sessions. Experience & Skills Required ·Educated to degree level or higher in a numerate subject (e.g. Maths, Statistics, Economics, Operational Research or Computer Science) ·Demonstrate an analytical curiosity' through innovative, data driven insights about business questions ·Proven ability to explore business impact. ·Confidently undertake analysis to deliver commercial value. ·Be keen to learn new approaches and techniques as well as demonstrate innovation in approach. ·An advanced user of SQL/PySpark and Python ·Comfortable in mining large and complex data sets. ·Experienced in using both simple and complex statistical and data science techniques. ·Experience in Data Visualisation (Power BI preferred) If you fit the above job description, please contact Rachel Keane on 01256 314 660 Please be advised that we can only accept candidates who have the right to work in the UK.
