EA to CEO - Private Equity
Overview
Executive Assistant to CEO Our client is looking for a new EA to join this hugely successful private equity company. You will be highly professional, driven, resourceful, detail orientated and happy to work in a fast paced, dynamic office where you have to think outside the box and provide a high level of service both on the professional and private side. No job is too big or small. Your duties will consist of: Supporting the CEO both in a business and private capaity. Heavy diary management and travel – both business and personal. Handling highly confidential information. Able to make good judgement decisions. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Meeting and document preparation. Assisting with special projects. Private PA duties. Flexibility in terms of working hours. The ideal candidate will be: Degree educated. Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting at senior level ideally with in a private equity organisation and private household. Experience of business and private PA duties would be a real advantage. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Highly organised, a real problem solver, solutions orientated along with analytical skills. Able to manage and prioritise workload. Able to handle various projects from start to finish. Creative and able to think outside the box. Highly committed to carrying out an excellent job. Willingness and enthusiasm for your role. Able to work independently and in a small team. High level of MS Office skills. Able to make good judgement calls and decisions. High attention to detail.
