Looking for an organised and friendly PA. This role will give a bright and friendly candidate the opportunity to develop their support skills whilst having room to grow and take on more responsibilities as they learn. The right candidate will ideally have a positive attitude and be happy working within a small and focused team. Diary management Travel booking – Mainly UK based but the odd flight and hotel Expenses Formatting presentations Proofreading documents, and preparing reports (Making them look nice and respectable) Helping with the marketing Booking events, from breakfasts/lunches with clients, their Christmas party and other socials throughout the year Liaising with suppliers, such as building maintenance, stationery, stocking the kitchen Business card management, making sure they all have enough, and ordering for new starters etc. Greeting visitors, taking coats, answering the phone and assisting with queries (small office muck in, this is not a reception role) Ensure office is presentable at all times, maintain office supplies etc As the company grows onboarding new staff, helping with HR bits Key Competencies Required for Role: • Proactive approach and ability to work as an integral member of a small busy team • A strong worth ethic and ‘can-do’ attitude • Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner • Ensuring a high level of confidentiality is maintained in all areas of business and daily duties
