Working closely with hiring managers and the broader business, as Internal Recruiter you will have a focus on creating an inviting and engaging candidate experience in this fantastic 360 role. If you hold a Bachelor’s degree alongside previous experience within corporate recruitment, headhunting or executive search, read on As Internal Recruiter expect to be doing the below: Lead competitive analysis and benchmarking Build relationships with the senior leadership team and other stakeholders to define roles, write job descriptions and structure the evaluation and selection process Manage the full recruitment life cycle from strategy to on boarding Work closely with recruitment agencies, building effective relationships Manage referrals and sourcing campaigns to proactively engage both passive and active candidates Screen candidate applications, manage candidate communication and educate them on the company and available opportunities Work to continuously develop processes to enhance both stakeholder and candidate experience This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, successful and fast-paced company with an excellent reputation.
