TEAM PA - West End - £50K
Overview
Private EA - West End £50-60K 8-6 with flex. We have an absolutely outstanding opportunity for a Private EA to provide key 1:1 assistance to a founder of a super finance house based in the West End. We are looking for a truly exceptional graduate or graduate calibre EA who has a positive, upbeat personality and relevant Private experience. Working alongside another EA who provides corporate support, you both will work with the Founder to provide exceptional delivery in all aspects of his life. The role is demanding, exciting and you will be working for an incredibly high profile individual and we are looking for a candidate who is robust, charming and hardworking. Hours are 8-6 with complete flexibility to check emails outside of work etc, which will be expected at Founder level. Duties will include a high level of EA work including liaising with housekeepers, dealing with London and overseas properties, visiting properties and maintenance etc, dealing with family members and offering a seamless service to the UHNWI and working closely with the Corporate EA. Candidates will ideally have managed property and be used to assisting with all aspects of that, including hiring of staff, dealing with maintenance contracts etc. The role is diverse and varied and includes every aspect of personal support for UHNWI and applications are welcome from candidates who are experienced in this area.
