Overview

A successful and leading Security firm based in the heart of the City of London, are actively looking for a Legal Assistant to join the Employment Law team. Supporting the Employment Counsel and to assist the Lawyers with administration support to ensure the smooth running of the legal team. Key responsibilities of the Legal Assistant: Supporting the Employment Counsel with employment law research Attending Employment Tribunal hearings Preparing monthly employment law tribunal statistics Collecting information regarding tribunal proceedings Preparation for trials, including photocopying of relevant documents and bundle preparation Drafting lists of documents and bundle indexes Diary management for hearing dates Creating new files and undertaking general filing Closing files and archiving files Provide wider support and assistance to the Legal Team ad Lawyers Legal Assistant - what we are looking for: Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within a Law Firm Knowledge of Employment Law Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure Strong MS Office experience Legal Assistant - what's in it for you?
