A unique opportunity has risen to work in a leading private equity firm based in the West End. With a long-term investment focus where significant value can be created, they provide adequate support and friendly approach to all employees. A very dynamic environment supporting Executives; the role requires an experienced PA ideally with experience supporting Executives and booking international travel. This role includes: Diary Management: arranging internal and external meeting, internal meeting rooms, calls and video conferences. Travel Management: Arrange travel itineraries for team members; flight booking, accommodation, taxies, trains and other reservations (restaurants) Administration: General admin support including inbox management, documenting using Word, Excel and PowerPoint and CRM management. The essentials for this position is to support at high level with an interest in business and private PA. Ideally graduate educated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Paying up to £45,000 per, this role is for a personable candidate with the ability to work with others and be a team player.
