Client Services role - financial sector
Overview
One of our excellent clients based in central London are recruiting a switched on and personable candidate to join their client services team who are the first line of support for external clients, including financial advisers, retail investors, nominees, banks and HNW individuals. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills as a large part of the role will be liaising both on the phone and via e-mails. You will be responsible for: Covering post- sales client support Operational procedures Providing exemplary customer service to clients and seamless operational support to the business A can-do attitude is key here and the ability to use initiative as well as support the team around you. If you want to face a new challenge and are have a desire to develop skills and knowledge within a fast-paced work environment then this is the role for you. Paying £35,000 - £40,000pa.
