Overview
Head of Price Modelling Permanent London, Park Royal BPS World are currently recruiting for a Head of Price Modelling position for a global relocation services organisation based in Park Royal, London. As a result of a recent change in ownership. the company is going through a period of transformation as it realigns its business model, which has resulted in various new positions being created that will help align the company towards its future goals. One of the key projects is to identify what needs to be changed in terms of pricing, methodology, systems and processes as well as governance to arrive at a healthy, profitable business model. This role is part of this initiative. Responsibilities: Manage the central function of Price Modelling Owns, develops and maintains the common cost model , balancing all countries need of detail with ease-of-use and focus on main cost drivers Owns, develops and maintains the pricing models based on the cost model that sets price for both transactional quotes Owns, develops and maintains cost and margin analysis cube to drive analysis and optimisation of margins Monthly control and analysis of cost data and main drivers Dynamically sets margin/mark-up by lane for group to optimize profit, capacity utilization, seasonality and market share Sounding board for management and sales on pricing and policy making Coordination with Data management team on maintaining needed masterdata in quality Requirements: Experience working in corporate pricing before, and has both practical and theoretic background for working in/with pricing Background in controlling, banking analyst or consulting Experience working in a multi-site, international or complex organization so understands how to navigate between different needs/setup/legislations Good attention to detail Personable with a creative thought process If you are interested and match the criteria set out above, and you are now looking for your next opportunity, please click apply now.
