Overview
Administrator to join our client in the Burgess Hill area. Client Details Our client based in Burgess Hill are a products based business and are looking for a knowledgeable buying administrator to join their team Description The key responsibilities of an administrator will be: Work closely with the Assistant Buyer to manage the critical path, a vital tool on the department Chase down submissions, samples, and deliveries inline with critical path dates, highlighting any concerns to the wider team Organise samples for our weekly meetings Attend the weekly meeting, taking notes and updating the team on sample approvals. Prepare and maintain all department documentation Load product bullet points to the system in preparation for the product going live online Regular competitive shopping and competitor analysis to develop your knowledge and report findings back to the team Complete any other ad hoc administrative duties in order to provide full support to the Buying team Profile The successful administrator will have: Strong accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Great communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office A team player with a "can-do" attitude A quick thinker with the ability to multi-task.
