Overview
My client is an Asset Management firm, providing expert property risk management services to specialist lenders across the UK. This small, friendly business now need YOU to join the team and be a part of its successful future. The primary focus is to support the growing Risk Assessment side of the business, however there is genuine variety offered through this role - a combination of fast-paced Risk Assessment and more complex Asset Management. Visiting properties to assess location, condition, planning potential, issues/opportunities Assess the likely market value Produce notes, take photos and measurements for client reports Create reports and respond to client queries Provide support in relation to the Asset Management cases as needed Use your property knowledge and problem solving skills to unlock difficult problems and spot opportunities The ideal candidate will; Have residential property experience (ideally commercial) Have been involved in valuing properties (RICS is not required but beneficial) Prior experience within the property sales environment is important Have working knowledge of the conveyancing process Ideally have 4 years minimum experience in the property sector This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial candidate who is seeking to come away from a rigid corporate environment.
