Rutherford Briant are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to joina Legal 500 Leading firm in Southend. This Lexcel Accredited firm are looking for a talented and driven solicitor to join their successful team. This would be a great opportunity for somebody looking to take the next step up in their career, or somebody looking to join a commercially focused team that recognises individual achievements. Commercial Property Solicitor Job Responsibilities: Preparing leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation and generally advising on landlord and tenant issues including 1954 Act notices. Advising on the acquisition and disposal of land and property including drafting contracts, lock out agreements, options and conditional contracts and overage agreements and general planning advice. Advising on refinancing and loan documentation. Advising on business asset sales and purchases. The firm will pay one of the best remuneration packages in the local area, complete with a substantial base salary and generous bonus scheme.
