Overview
Digital Business Analyst required with experience of working in a software product environment and supporting the delivery and implementation of a range of financial software products. Our client is a dynamic fintech company providing digital products for savings and lending to financial institutions in the UK and Australia/New Zealand. This role is UK-based (central Leeds) and will involve supporting UK banking clients. You must be willing to spend time on client sites across the UK as work demands but will spend most of your time at the office in Leeds. Digital Business Analyst - Key skills and experience Experienced in full software development lifecycle. Experience of agile development principles will be an advantage. Exposure to product design principles and approaches Ability to understand complex processes, identify problems and support the business in generating solutions & improved processes Excellent communication skills Problem solving and analytical skills Can demonstrate business improvement tools and techniques including; requirements gathering, facilitation, process mapping, analysis, and continuous improvement Lean, Six Sigma, Requirements Gathering or other change related qualifications would be desirable You will need to be a fast learner, adaptable and dedicated in order to cope with a broad & challenging role Ideally experience of digital banking products and mobile app technologies Business knowledge (financial services sector) Strong agile development experience plus waterfall Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting fast-moving fintech organisation paying a competitive salary in a city centre location.
