Overview
Professional Negligence Solicitor - Liverpool A multi-disciplinary law firm is currently seeking a Professional Negligence Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive/experienced Litigation Executive to join its team in Liverpool. The role will involve running a case-load of claimant professional negligence claims, including claims against accountants, solicitors, surveyors and other professionals. Previous professional negligence litigation experience is essential. Ideally, this will be from a claimant background, although applications are invited from lawyers with backgrounds in defendant professional indemnity work. The successful candidate will be self-sufficient in their work, have the ability to adopt a commercial approach and be a strong team player. Salary is very much dependent on experience.
